The workshops that I offer are all about simple, meaningful, creative practices and inspiring you to be more connected to yourself.
My purpose is to hold safe, gentle space for self-awareness, so that you can hear your heart. When we take the time we need to reflect, to feel our feelings, to express whatever we've been holding, suddenly we have room for growth and peace. Making art is one way (much like yoga, meditation, or spending time in nature) to feel connected to the Big Good energy that moves us all. There's also some very concrete evidence that using our creativity can help us work through anxiety, depression and physical pain. Creative practices help us see ourselves in a kinder, more possibility-filled light, which we can't help but shine outward on our communities--I truly believe that any time you create with love and intention it ripples out and helps heal our world. For me, creative practices are a blessing on every level, and I'd love to share that with you!
